Shipping of your order is usually processed within 1-3 business day if items are in inventory. Orders are shipped through Canada Post generally but bikes are shipped with Canpar, UPS, Fedex or Purolator. Shipping fees on this site are for Canada only, not including Yukon, NWT and Nunavut.
Most orders arrive in 3 to 7 business days transit time. It takes 1 to 2 days for order processing. This is a possible total of up to 10 days. These times are not guaranteed nor refundable if delays occur. Shipping times do not count weekends or holidays as business days. Please be aware that weather and other conditions beyond our control may also cause delays. Changes made to orders in transit may incur additional charges or may not be possible.
We ship with signature required to protect your purchase. If someone is not available to sign, UPS will make three attempts to deliver. Each time, UPS leaves a note so customers can make other arrangements. If the shipment is returned, customers are responsible for a nominal re-shipment cost.
If the package appears to be damaged at the time of delivery you have the right to refuse it. Contact our customer services to discuss the problem and arrange for replacement products. Please return all damaged shipping carton for inspection by the courier or common freight carrier. If an item was damaged during shipping we will require a photo proof. You will also have to contact us before sending the package back for a return authorization number (RMA) we will also tell you the procedure to follow as we will be paying for the return of the product. You are entitled to an exchange or refund within 14 days of the delivery of your purchase. Please note that the product must be returned unused, in original packaging including all tags (this applies to bikes as well) free of dogs hair if it is a dog product, the receipt will also be needed. In case of refund neither the original shipping cost nor the return shipping cost will be repaid. To return any product you must call or email our customer service reps to discuss the problem and to obtain a return authorization number(RMA).
DOG PRODUCT (Harnesses, leashes, lines, belts)
Warranty only covers items defective due to faulty material/manufacturing. Warranty applies to all items like Harnesses, leashes, lines, belts up to 14 days after the delivery of date of purchase. Faulty items can be returned for an exchange. Warranty does not cover items that were damaged due to improper use/handling or normal wear and tear (which includes being chewed by a dog.) We recommend e-mailing us a photo of the item in question first.

Complete customer satisfaction is our goal at Back on Track. If you would like to return or exchange for a refund (excluding shipping charges) a product(s), you must first contact us by email at [email protected] for a return authorization(RA) number. Upon emailing you will receive instructions in regards to your return shipment. Please have your order number, if applicable, ready.
People products have a 14 day money back guarantee (excludes shipping charges). We require that if the product(s) has been worn that it be washed and line dried before returning it in the original packing. If the product(s) has been worn and NOT washed, you will be charged a cleaning fee of $10.00. We do not resell returned items but use them for displays at shows.
Within 14 days, we will issue a full refund or gladly exchange any UNUSED Horse or Dog product(s) if returned in the same condition you received them. Horse and Dog product(s) must NOT have been worn, dirty or torn and be in the original packaging before a refund will be issued (excludes shipping charges). If any Horse or Dog product(s) are returned in a dirty condition, you will be charged a cleaning fee of $25.00.
We recommend that you get a tracking number for your return.
Products should be inspected and tested immediately for defects and faultiness upon receiving the order. This will help ensure the product is returned within the 14 days period.
